Prelicensed Member      $20/yr

*Dues good for the 2010-2011 Academic Year

**Associate Member:  In a profession related to marriage and family therapy, whose practitioners are licensed, certified or registered pursuant to California law, or an MFT who is licensed in another state.  Affiliate Member:  A member of the community not in a mental health profession licensed, registered or certified in the State of California.

Note: All Chapter Members that are in categories recognized within the CAMFT Bylaws are required to be members of CAMFT.  They shall hold a license or registration as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the Board of Behavioral Sciences for the State of California.

We are now able to offer online credit card payment for events and membership fees.  This is a secure, fast and easy way to renew your membership and get preferred pricing for events!  To pay online, simply click on the PayPal tab, and type in the event or purchase that applies to you (e.g. new membership), the amount, and enter your credit card information.  You will also need to print and send a membership form which you can access by clicking the link below.

Mail: Download Membership Application, print and pay by mailing us at Chico Regional Chapter of CAMFT, PO Box 2070, Chico, California 95927.  Alternatively you may also pay for your membership via credit card through PayPal by clicking on the Pay Now button below.  Note: If you elect to use PayPal, please download the application form, fill it out and mail it to us at the same address or>>>  NEW!! You can now fill out this document on your computer and email directly to us at chicocamft@gmail.com.
